Limited Warranty Terms and Conditions
- We will provide our product with comprehensive warranty services in accordance with the Australian & New Zealand consumer laws:
(In case of any conflict between the following T&C's and the consumer laws, consumer laws shall prevail.) - Within 12 months from the purchasing date, if performance failure occurs from normal use, the consumer can claim from manufacturer warranty service.
- Maintain proof of purchase when claiming warranty.
- Aqara warranty does not cover accessories for this product (for instance: the user manual, warranty card, adhesive tape, etc.).
- Warranty is only valid under normal use of your device. Aqara will not be liable for any defects which arise because of man-made damage or other factors beyond our control. Your warranty will void if:
- Warranty period has expired.
- Damage caused by human factors, including damage caused by usage under improper operating environments or incorrect installation.
- Disassembly, modifications or repairs carried by unauthorised repairers.
- Damage caused by force majeure (such as floods, fires, earthquakes and lightning).
- Unable to provide valid proof of purchase.
- Product is purchased from an unauthorised dealer.
Note:
Warranty service will only be provided in the country where the product is purchased. Aqara will not be liable for any specific, indirect, consequential, or economic loss or damage or loss of profits whatsoever suffered by you or any other person resulting from any act or omission by us. Aqara total liability in respect of this Warranty is limited to the replacement of the goods.
